CTBEX benefits in Tagaytay Projects and Rockville Residences Alfonso, Cavite December 13, 2019

THE Metro Pacific Tollways Corp. (MPTC) said it is expecting to conduct the Swiss challenge for the Cavite-Tagaytay-Batangas Expressway (CTBEx) project before the year ends.

Swiss challenge is when the government invites private groups to make competing offers, while giving the original proponent the right to match them.

The project will substantially improve access to Tagaytay City and Nasugbu, thereby ensuring faster travel and support for the government’s tourism thrust. Once completed, travel time from Governor's Drive in Dasmariñas City, Cavite to Nasugbu, Batangas would be cut down to 44 minutes from the usual one hour and 42 minutes, while Sta Rosa City, Laguna to Tagaytay City would only take 46 minutes.

The said Swiss challenge will benefit Sta. Lucia Land’s Cavite and Tagaytay projects especially Rockville Residences in Alfonso, Cavite.

Rockville Residences is residential subdivision exclusively designed to provide you a lively community as well as meeting the ease of your budget, developed by Sta. Lucia Land Inc., and marketed by 1Premiere Land Marketing Company in Alfonso, Cavite.

Public Works Secretary said the project will be submitted to the National Economic and Development Authority-Investment Coordination Committee (NEDA-ICC) then to the NEDA Board—chaired by President Rodrigo Duterte—for approval.
