1 Premiere Land Marketing Company conducted a 3-days company outing and team building as celebration of its 12th Year Anniversary, in one of the most visited places in the island of Mindanao - "DAVAO".
1 Premiere Land Marketing Company has built a wonderful relationship with its staffs, officers and sales force through the years. This 2023 Company outing and team building with the theme "Power up to Excellence, Go beyond the Limit" aims to strengthen a much stronger bond and healthier relationship betweenthe management, the staffs, and the sales force
The awesome tour starts from visiting the famous Davao People's Park, a 4-hectare tourist attraction located atthe heart of the City. It was followed by a sumptuous early lunch at Luz Kinilaw Restaurant which offers a variety of dishes cooked from tuna fish parts like belly and panga. As the tour continues, 1Premiere Land Marketing Company visited the Davao Crocodile Park and Zoo, the house of the famous more or less 95 years old and 19 feet crocodile named "Pangil".It was a very knowledgeable tour as everyone learned a lot of animal trivia.
The 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company's 12th Year Anniversary is never complete without a celebration. It was held at the refreshing veranda of the Sotogrande Hotel Davao with a Safari themed party. One of the event's highlights was the slicing of the ceremonial cake that symbolizes sweetness and celebrations, and wine toasting - to wash away the bitter flavors of life and relish the sweet sensations that may be experience along the journey. Another, highlights of the event was the safari themed group presentations which deepened the relationships of everyone among the group, and the crowning of Mr. and Miss 1PLMC Davao 2023. Efforts and hard work were also rewarded during the celebration as the company recognizes its employees who spent time working and giving out their best in the company for 8 years. The event was ended with groovy music and dancing. It was indeed a fun-filled and enjoyable moment for everyone.
It was a lovely Thursday morning and the second day of the tour as 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company witness the beauty of Samal Island. The island was originally called as Sama and known as the "Island Garden City". The Company visited the Wishing Island where wishes and prayers were uttered and photos and videos were taken. It was then followed by visiting Malapano Island and Sabang Island were everyone had fun with some water activitiessuch as swimming, snorkeling, cliff jumping, and banana boat riding. The next stop was the famous Isla Reta where the Team Building was held with the loud cheers and yells of each team. A very sumptuous and artistic lunch was also served in the island to which everyone enjoyed, and then followed by swimming and snorkeling.

The Davao Company Outing and Team Building would not be possible without our Saviour's provision and protection. 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company's 3rd Day Itinerary and last day in Davao started with a visit to Francis of Assisi Church. Then it was followed by a 2 hours ride to Camp Sambros which is located in the mountain side of the very famous and highest mountain in the Philippines, the Mount Apo. Everyone enjoyed the cool weather, the vintage vibe, the delicious lunch, and the fun-filled activities such as air soft, archery, cable car riding, horseback riding, and zip lines. The next stop was the 300 meter long Japanese Tunnel that was built and dug by the Filipino slaves/prisoners during the World War II and Japanese regime in the Philippines. The Company never missed trying out the famous fruits which Davao is known for - Durian, Mangosteen, Mangoes and Marang, at the famous Magsaysay Fruit Stand. 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company also made sure to drop by at theRoxas Night Market where there are various vendors of foods, fruits, clothes, etc.
Everyone was grateful to the Almighty God for making everything possible, and to the management of 1Premiere Land Marketing Company for the fun-filled, enjoyable, and joyous moments in Davao. Indeed, we can't achieve much on our own, but when working together, we can do so much. 1 Premiere Land Marketing Company continues to POWERUP TO EXCELLENCE and GO EYOND THE LIMIT!
