A new ongoing development bypass road project in Urdaneta Pangasinan May 09, 2018


A new bypass road project with P1.6-billion budget, covering eight villages in Urdaneta City in Pangasinan is expected to be completed by 2019, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) said.

It seen to relieve traffic congestion in the city proper where most government and business centers are located.

The bypass road would also attract various business establishments that would generate more livelihood opportunities and help increase economic growth in the province Further, four interregional road system will also be connected to the Urdaneta City Bypass Road.

These will be the Manila North Road (MNR); Urdaneta-Dagupan Road, Urdaneta-Manaoag Road, and Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEX).
