Ceremonial turnover of a commercial lot in STA MONICA LAKE RESIDENCES

A momentous ceremonial turnover of a donated Sta. Monica Lake Residences commercial lot by Sta. Lucia Land Inc. is signaling a strong commitment to community development and public service.

The donated commercial property was formally turned over to the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Manaoag, Pangasinan. The land will serve as the site of the upcoming three-storey PNP Manaoag building, a project that aims to enhance public safety and local infrastructure.

The event also marked the official groundbreaking ceremony for the new PNP building, which was also held the same day, attended by PMAJ Peter Paul Sison and PCOL Alex Fulgar, representing PCOL Ricardo David. Once completed, the new police headquarters is expected to significantly enhance local security and reinforce Manaoag's position as a growing and progressive municipality
