New Manila International Airport June 30, 2022

New Manila International Airport, commonly known as Bulacan International Airport, is an international airport on the coast of Bulakan, Bulacan. The airport's construction began on March 18, 2022, and the first two runways will be operational by 2026.

The airport will be able to handle up to 100 million people per year in a comfortable and efficient manner. During the construction phase, an estimated 1 million people from Bulacan and neighboring provinces will be engaged directly or indirectly (30 percent of land development has been finished). When fully functioning, the airport will be able to accommodate up to 100 million passengers per year in leisure.

Bulacan International Airport will launch these unique features, including a 12-lane wide main departure area road that can accommodate up to 240 vehicles all at once and will unload passengers onto a 15-meter wide walkway where their bags will be prescreened.

Residents and future lot owner in Mira Verde Bulacan, will benefit the New Manila International Airport once it is fully operational. Mira Verde is a quality residential subdivision of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Inc. with available lots for sale.

The project location is located in the heart of the trading and distribution centers. Once the operation is done, residents of Mira Verde Bulacan can have easy access to the Port of Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in the south, Subic Port and Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (DMIA) in the north, and New Manila International Airport, commonly known as Bulacan International Airport. Transportation could never be this accessible once this project is fully constructed.
