1 Premiere Land Marketing Company accredited registered salespersons and licensed real estate brokers will be eligible to receive a cash incentive if they meet with the following mechanics:

• Buyers must have paid the required reservation fee credited to 1PLMC official bank accounts.
• Submitted the buyer’s complete, filled-up, and signed 1PLMC booking forms. (Computation Sheet, Buyer’s Information Sheet, Reservation Application Form, Addendum to RA)
• Submitted buyer’s initial requirements (2 valid ID's, 3 specimen signatures, and 2 POB).
• The incentive will be forfeited if the mechanics are not met within 7 days after RF.
