Sta. Lucia Land to launch newest property in Pangasinan

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. will launch next month the charming Sta. Monica Lake Residences, its first project in the town of Manaoag, Pangasinan.

The Grand Launch, which will be held at the project site on May 2, will feature a lineup of exciting festivities and programs, including a ribbon cutting ceremony to be led by Sta. Lucia Land president Exequiel Robles, 1 Premiere Land Marketing Co. (1PLMC) president Augustine Cayabyab and EVP Ellen A. Dimaculangan, as well as top executives from joint venture partner, Hind Sugar Co.

Sta. Lucia Land’s brand ambassador, actress Bea Alonzo, will also grace the ceremony alongside prospective property investors, lot owners and local government officials.

As part of the promotion for the launch, a limited deal was offered to potential buyers wherein they can avail of up to P1.3 million in discounts on residential lots. The promo will run from April 15 to May 15, 2026.
